“Rice Sorting Machine” will sort black and broken rice grains.
An embedded processing board with the help of an mission vision (electronic eye) and numeric valve will do grain sorting.
It also involves engineering for grain moment, eye focusing and grain collection.
Embedded solution that includes mission vision camera, sorting controller, LED lighting controller, vibrator controller etc., successfully designed and developed.
Total seven chutes, including two resort chutes will sort 2000 Kg per hour with 95% efficiency.

The train traction lines need to be disconnected from the power source for maintains and restored back. This shall be done specified time following safety process.
This process was automated to control the motorized switch remotely from a central control station using 4G network.
The remote station was equipped with a 4G modem, video camera, and motor control hardware along with an Embedded platform. The Embedded software is implemented in Linux RTOS using python scripts. A web based application provided for the user with proper authentication.
User can control the switch using the web application from control room. By a command he can see the present position of the switch in live video. When he controls the switch, the motion of the switch can be witnessed in live.
All the events, command events, operation video, digital status are logged in to the server with time and date stamp as a safety record.

Wood Pellets Manufacturing Process Automation

Wood pellets manufacturing unit process was automated.
The process involves, Furness, wet wood cutter, Drier rotor, Pelleting machine, packing machine etc.
The machinery process was automated using embedded PLC, motor drives, feed backs. Feed backs includes, limit switches, flow sensors, level sensors, temperature sensors.
A complete closed loop system with PC based HMI software for user interface was implemented.
When the Drier temperature was reached the set value, the chopped wet wood will be loaded into the drier automatically by a conveyer. Another conveyer will control the fuel to the Furness to control the temperature.
The dry wood will go through a hammer and the hammered wood dust will go to Pelleting machine.
Then the dry wood Pellets will be packed in 25 / 50 / 100 Kg bags. The complete process can be monitored and controlled from HMI.
